We urge you to try on your Sunglasses at any retailer before ordering. Write down the Designer, Color, Lens and Model Number and then order from us. This way you are assured
that what you ultimately purchase is what you like.
Internet orders are processed within 1 hour of ordering,
Monday - Friday. All orders that have been received by that time with proper
credit card approval will be able to be processed that same day. We cannot be responsible
for orders that are delayed due to Internet traffic, causing them to be
processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on legal holidays or
as otherwise noted. Orders placed on Sat and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

5. Q. Are all Sunglasses available for immediate
delivery?
A. Most
Sunglasses are in stock and ready for same day shipping. There are
some Sunglasses, however, such as backorders and
other less common brands or sizes that may require several days to obtain if
they are not in stock. If this is the case, we will notify you of the situation
as soon as we know.

A. First,
we try to keep Park Avenue Sunglasses primarily an Internet-based, rather than
telephone, business. This allows for much lower overhead due to decreased
personnel required to process online orders.

A. You
will only pay for the cost of the Sunglasses and the shipping option you choose.
There is no sales tax outside of New York State. There are no membership fees;
all prices are as low as possible for everyone at all times. The only
possibility for additional charges is if you have an unusually large (heavy)
order that is being shipped to an international location. There may be a small
additional fee for shipping in that situation.

11. Q: Why can't I place an order online?

There are a couple of common problems with trying to place an order online. Follow this procedure according to which web browser you are using:
- Close any programs running in addition to your browser like word processors, games, etc. Especially make sure to
close any additional programs that are transferring data over your Internet connection.
- Check to see if your browser accepts "JavaScript" and "cookies". Some JavaScript is used to properly display the page
content, and cookies are what the computer uses to "remember" your order as you move from page to page.
To make sure your Netscape version 4.x browser has these options enabled, select the Edit menu at the top of the browser screen and then select Preferences.
The Preferences box will display a number of categories on the left among other options. Find the category called Advanced and select it (you may need to scroll down
to find it on your list). Make sure the checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript" has a checkmark in it. In the "Cookies" menu, select either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to their originating server" (either selection will allow you to order).
To make sure your Internet Explorer version 4.x browser has these options enabled, select the Edit menu at the top of the browser screen and then select Preferences.
The Preferences box will display a number of categories on the left among other options. Find the category called Receiving Files and select it, (you may need to scroll down

12. Q: Where's my order? How can I track it?
A.
If we have your order in stock, and we ship it via UPS, we can provide a tracking number immediately. However, Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service does not provide tracking numbers, so with this shipping option we cannot track a package once it has left our hands. Also, with some manufacturers, we ship from warehouses other than our main office right to your door to save you a few days worth of waiting. In cases like these, we could obtain a tracking number if needed, however, you may need to wait a day for us to receive it.
In any case you can track your order on our site.
If your order was placed before 1:00 pm EST, we generally ship the same day, orders after 1:00 pm EST will ship the next business day.
